Thank you very much for choosing The Bellavista Hotel!  We would like to inform you of the following guidelines prior to check-in:

• Full payment for the entire duration of your stay will be collected.

• A Guarantee Deposit will also be collected upon check-in: at Php 500.00 per night.

• The plated breakfast is served daily from 6:00 am to 10:00 am at Cafe Cesario Restaurant.

• Standard check-in time is 2:00 pm. However, if your room is available upon arrival, we allow check-in as early as 7:00 am with an extra charge but subject to room availability. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Half of the room rate will be collected for late check-out until 6:00 pm. Full rate will be collected for beyond 6:00 pm check-out.

• Only registered guests are allowed to use the swimming pool for free.

• No corporate meetings / interviews of any kind are allowed in our common areas.

• The hotel reserves the right to refuse undersirable guests.

• Keyscards must be surrendered upon check-out. Lost keycards will be charged accordingly.

• Use of the room for wedding or event preparations is not allowed unless the event is held at The Bellavista Hotel's function room.

• All rooms within the hotel are designated as non-smoking. A penalty of 3,000 will be imposed on any violators. Should you detect the odor of a cigar during your stay, kindly report it to the Front Desk immediately.

• Two complimentary bottles of water are provided upon check-in only.
